I take photos on an iPhone 15 Pro model at varying times of day, under specific lighting conditions. While I do my best to accurately photograph my pieces, colors may not always be exact. Please also take into consideration that the lighting in your home, your wall color, the weather and the time of the day, can affect the appearance of the overall painting.
All payments for custom pieces must be paid in-full on the week of their completion—I reserve the right to sell custom pieces as originals if this specific criteria is not met.
I am authorized to change pricing on any item at any time.
Each piece is an original design and should not be replicated by anyone without written permission from the artist, Veronica Luck.

I carefully hand-pack all orders; Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship.
All US orders receive free standard shipping via UPS ground unless specified otherwise; I will send you tracking info once your item has been mailed. I am not responsible for items lost during shipping—If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me directly within 48 hours of receiving your order.
International orders are accepted but I will not cover shipping fees, any extra rates that may apply and I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process. Please keep this in mind if you are an international buyer; Contact me at PaintedbyV.Luck@gmail.com for shipping quotes.
FOR SUNCATCHER ORDERS: Due to the delicate nature of these pieces, despite taking extra precautions when packaging orders and shipping, small assembly may be required; Please do not hesitate to reach out if any assistance is needed! If any piece is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours of opening your parcel.

Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis; Shipping fees on exchanges are buyers' responsibility.
